Semi-Attached Villas (Land Area 500m²)
A residential twin-villa project in Riyadh designed in  a Traditional 
Modern Saudi style. The design features stone-textured render, earthy 
masonry massing, dark wooden mashrabiya window screens, and extensive 
rooftop pergolas to  preserve privacy while creating  private outdoor 
gardens.
