Al Montaqa Hotel 
A mid-rise  hospitality scheme in Al Madinah exploring the juxtaposition
of heavy, stone-clad solid masses  with transparent, glazed cutouts. The
design integrates street-level commercial arcades, deep-set fenestration
for solar  mitigation,  and a protected  courtyard pool zone,  balancing
urban density with private leisure spaces.
