A two-building mixed-use  complex in Soudah designed in  a Contemporary
Asiri Vernacular style. Developed in collaboration with Q3,  the master
plan integrates a dedicated Civil Defense facility alongside a separate
multi-story parking garage and retail building, utilizing regional dark
stone masonry, white-framed openings, and  terraced levels  adapted  to
the mountain landscape.
