A high-rise residential project located on the Nile Corniche in Beni-Suef,
designed in a Contemporary Organic Modern style.  Developed for  Nile Real
Estate Co.,  the proposal  explores  facade massing alternatives featuring
fluid, undulating  balcony  slabs,  stone  frame  projections,  warm brick
accents, and panoramic river views.
