Balubaid Residential Building
A luxury residential development designed for Balubaid Company in Jeddah.
The project combines textured terracotta screening,  smooth white render,
and warm timber louvers. It features expansive planted balconies,  double
height living spaces,  and  a private  outdoor  courtyard complete with a
swimming pool deck tailored for high-end residential living.
