Balubaid Residential Building
A residential apartment building developed for Balubaid Company in  Jeddah.
The  facade  design  emphasizes  warm stone cladding,  proportioned window
modules with dark timber frames,  and  stepped upper volume treatments  to
combine authentic Hejazi character with commercial residential value.
